How do I place an order?

You can place an order in two ways:
Through our Website
  • Go to Shop section
  • Select the product/s you want to purchase
  • Proceed to checkout and fill out the form for shipping purposes
  • Once you finished placing an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
  • Settle your payment (if you chose an online payment method)
  • Wait for a response from us and then your orders will be shipped right away.
Through our FB or IG page
  • Send us a message on Instagram or Facebook (@stzymanila)

What are your payment options?

Once you successfully placed an order on either our social media pages or website, you may settle your payment via:

  • Bank Transfer (to BDO)
  • GCASH (Bank transfer)
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Paypal

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee will depend on the quantity and weight of your total orders as well as the courier you opt to use. 

For orders that has 1-3 items, the J&T rates below will be added to your total cost:

  • Php 100 - Metro Manila
  • Php 130 - Luzon (outside Metro Manila)
  • Php 160 - Visayas
  • Php 170 - Mindanao

Other couriers such as Angkas, Grab, Mr.Speedy, and Lalamove rates are not fixed. The shipping cost will be calculated on the day of the delivery itself.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

For J&T: 

  • 1-3 business days within Metro Manila
  • 3-7 business days for Luzon (outside Metro Manila)
  • 4-10 business days for Visayas and Mindanao

For Angkas, Mr.Speedy, Lalamove, and Grab:

  • Same day delivery

I received a wrong goods, what do I do?

We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our team is here to help make things right. Please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or email (steezymnl@gmail.com) so that we can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Generally, only defective items or wrong order/s sent by our team may be exchanged. You can find the detailed Return/Exchange policy (here). To request for an exchange, please email us steezymnl@gmail.com.

We do not accept refunds.
